Refund policy
So you don’t love your JL gear? Well we certainly don’t want you to be disappointed. So here’s the deal :
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and require a Return Authorization Form. Replacement products will be shipped once the original item has been received.
We encourage you to handle your JL pieces with care, as used or damaged products caused by improper handling of the recipient is not our responsibility.
• Any (non-customized) item that has not been washed or worn can be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping cost)
• Exchanges are limited by available stock on hand - Bargain and limited run items may not be available for exchange
• Media including, books, DVDs & CDs CANNOT be returned
• Sale Items are final sale, they cannot be returned or exchanged
