Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! JL Athletics retail orders can be cancelled or changed prior to the order being shipped. After the order ships, we are unable to stop shipments in transit.
Once your order arrives, should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.
The item I want is sold out! How do I get it?
Don't worry! Just navigate to the product - select your size, and press "Email Me When Available". As soon as your item is back in stock, you'll receive an email letting you know! This also helps us know what customers want to so we can work to refill faster!

What is the shipping policy?
JL Reserves up to 3 business days to ship your order.Orders are processed up to three business days after confirmation. Orders placed after 8 am EST on Friday will process the following Monday. Regardless of the customer's shipping provider selection (USPS/FedEx/etc), JL reserves the right to use whatever shipping partner we desire to arrive in the selected time frame.We're not responsible for shipping delays. FedEx does not ship on weekends. FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes-a valid street address is required!

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Duties and taxes vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
How do I track my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will an email that gives you more information about your shipment, with tracking information and expected delivery date.
What is your return policy?
Returns and Exchanges can be made for up to 30 days after the purchase.* A return can be exchanged for store credit or refunded on the card used for the purchase as soon as the products are received back in new condition. The cost of the return label is paid for by the customer. If a customer wishes to receive store credit, a return received up to 60 days after the purchase will be accepted and received for store credit.
All returns and exchanges are subject to verification by our shipping team, and any products not returned in "new" condition may be rejected. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for international customers.
